Directions:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line dish with baking paper.
Cook and slice potato.
Roll out pastry, leave some for top.
Cut bacon into 2cm pieces. Sprinkle over pastry.
Add potato, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Add 3/4 of the eggs whole.
Whisk remaining eggs with cream, salt and pepper. Pour in.
Cut remaining pastry into strips and place over top in lattice design.
Bake until golden and cooked - approx 40min. |
