Directions: Melt butter, fry leek, onion and garlic. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add milk and cook until thickened. Stir in mustard, cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Fry sage in vegetable oil til crisp, drain. Heat olive oil and cook sausages approx 10 minutes. Put sausages in rolls top with leek and cheese mixture. Place on tray and grill for 3-4 min til golden.
