Baked Cauliflower and Broccoli Gratin HB |

Directions:
oven 180 C
pop cauli and broccoli florets into boiling water for 3 min till just tender
drain placing into ovenproof dish
melt butter in pan
add flour, salt and pepper whisking to mix and cook for a few moments
slowly add milk whisking as you go till all is added and your sauce has thickened
pour over vegies
sprinkle cheese ontop with breadcrumbs on top of cheese
bake 20 to 30 min untill bubbly and golden
