Directions:
Separate eggs and place yolks to one side
put egg white and sugar over gentle heat, stirring constantly until sugar has dissolved
place in beater with remaining ingredients
beat until glossy and thick
pipe onto baking paper
approx the size of a 50 cent piece.
bake at 100 C for 1 hour, untill crisp and crunchy and well dried out.
should make around 60 little meringues, approx 4 cups

whip double cream and cream together
add yoghurt and mix
