Directions:
Firstly cube and cook potatoes - set aside.
Then cook corn - set aside
Cook - onion garlic and butter, then add eggs, salt and milk and mix with a fork.
Combine flour and baking powder and mix in wet ingredients.
Add grated cheese and chopped bacon.
Lastly add in previously cooked potatoes, corn.
Cook at 220 for 20-30 mins |
