Directions:
oven temp 200 -180 C
fry steak off tossed in flour
fry onions and garlic
dice carrots
add all other ingredients with salt pepper to taste
gravy browning can be added to give casserole a good colour
a bay leaf can also be added with any other herbs you choose that are on hand
can be cooked on stove top if space in oven is a premium
cook for at least 2 1/2 hours or till tender at 180 C |
