Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 C. Lightly grease 1 - 2 baking trays.
Beat butter and icing sugar together until light and creamy.
Sift flour and custard powder together and mix into creamed ingredients. Don't overmix
Roll into teaspoonfulls and put onto trays. Flatten slightly.
Bake in preheated oven 12-15 min or until edges are just beginning to turn brown.
When cold, join two similar-sized cookies together with yo-yo icing.

| 50.00 g | butter   | 0.75 c | icing sugar   | 0.50 tsp | vanilla essence - imitation   | 1.00 tbsp | milk - blue   | 1.00 tbsp | custard powder   |

Directions:
Beat butter until pale fluffy.
Sift icing sugar and beat into the creamed butter with the vanilla extract and sufficient milk until you have a fluffy light mixture. If you need the mixture to spread more easily, then add a little more milk. |
