Directions:
1. Place dried chickpeas in bowl, cover with cold water. Soak overnight.
2. Boil for 5 minutes, then simmer on low for about an hour. Drain. Cool for 15 minutes.
3. Finely dice onion and fry with garlic, cumin and pepper
3. Combine chickpeas, coriander and salt (to taste) in medium bowl. Add flour and mix together
4. Form mixture into small balls and flatten slightly.
5. Fry or grill until golden brown (5-7 minutes). |
