Directions:
1. Drop spinach into boiling water for 30 sec, drain under cold water, squeeze out water. Chop roughly and mix with pesto
2. Mix cooked mashed pumpkin with garlic, cottage cheese, feta, nutmeg, eggs. Season with salt/pepper
3. Layer pasta sauce&water, lasagne sheets, spinach, lasange, pumpkin&cheese mix, lasagne, pasta sauce, grated cheese
4. Bake 20 mins at 180.C |
