Directions:
1. Cook onion and garlic in oil
2. Brown mince
3. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, tomato puree, oregano, basil and sugar and simmer for 40 mins
4. Season with salt and pepper
5. Make cheese sauce
6. Layer lasagne sheets, meat, cheese sauce and finish with extra grated cheese and cook at 180.C for 20 mins until golden and heated through
