Directions:
Pre-cook chicken.
Make sauce with the soups, onion, garlic, chlli powder, cumin,& salt. Add cooked and chopped chicken to about 2/3rds of this.
After sauce is cool, dip tortillas in it and then place the filling in them. Roll them up and place them side by side in a greased 9x13 pan. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas and top with remaining grated cheese. Bake uncovered at 180°C for 30-35 minutes. Serves 6. |
