| | | Ingredients: | | 1.25 c | flour   | 1.25 tsp | baking powder GF   | 0.50 c | brown sugar   | 150.00 ml | milk - blue   | 1.00 | egg   | 65.00 g | butter   | 0.75 c | golden syrup   | 1.00 tbsp | cornflour GF   | 600.00 ml | water   | |
Directions:
1. Sift flour and baking powder. Add half the brown sugar and stir to combine.
2. Whisk together milk, egg, (melted) butter and 1Tablespoon of golden syrup (per recipe multiplication).
3. Whisk milk mixture into dry ingredients.
4. Pour batter inter greased baking dish.
5. Sprinkle remaining half of brown sugar and cornflour over pudding.
6. Boil water, and with remaining golden syrup, carefully pour over.
7. Bake at 170'C until golden and set. |
