Directions:
Heat oven to 250º
1) Cream butter and sugar.
2) Add flour, baking powder, juice and rind of lemon.
3) Separate eggs and bead together egg yolks and milk. Add to mixture.
4) Siffly beat egg whites and fold in.
Bake for 20 min.
