Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 150C.
2) Separate eggs and beat whites until stiff.
3) Add water and beat again.
4) Add sugar very gradually while still bearing.
5) Slow beater and add vinegar, vanilla and cornflour.
6) Line an oven tray with baking paper and draw a 22cm circle on the baking paper.
7) Spread the pavlova to within 2cm of the edge of the circle, keeping it smooth and round.
DON'T decorate with cream for DF people |
