Directions:
1) Fry finely chopped onion in butter until translucent
2) Add cornflour and stir to coat all of the cornfour
3) Add milk
4) Stir in cheese till it melts.
5) Spread one side of the bread with margarine/DF spread
6) Spread cheese mixture over non-buttered side, roll up and bake/grill in oven until golden.
