Directions:
1) Bake whole potatoes at 200 C for 1 hour or until cooked
2) Scoop out flesh
3) mash potato flesh and add all other ingredients except mild cheese + paprika
4) place filling back in potato skin and top with cheese and paprika
5) bake the potatoes 20 mins or until cheese is melted and filling is heated through |
