Directions:
1. Whisk together water, milk, butter and eggs. Sprinkle baking soda over top and stir to combine.
2. Add rolled oats and quick oats and stir to combine. Add any spices, mix-ins or zests desired.
3. Pour into tray over top of fruit pieces if using.
4. Bake for approx 30 mins at 180 deg C until set and not soft in middle. Serve warm approx half an hour after baking, with runny cream or yoghurt.
