Directions:
Heat oven to 200 deg C.
Cut chicken thighs in half if serving a lot of people.
Season with salt and pepper.
Make baking sauce out of remaining ingredients.
Mix baking sauce through chicken.
Spread chicken in baking dish in single layer.
Bake 20 minutes or until cooked (will take longer if large volumes of meat and trays).
Cover with foil, allow to rest. |
