Directions:
1. Add scant cup of soy milk to lemon juice and let sit to curdle - a couple minutes.
2. Combine GF flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Mix Egg replacer with water and beat with electric mixer until fluffy.
4. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients.
5. Fold through egg replacer gently, thin with more milk if needed.
6. then fry until golden.
