Directions: Cook chicken breast and slice or shred Layer ingredients across middle of wrap: Spread wrap generously with hummus Lettuce first then cucumber and carrot Then grated cheese (leave out for DF wraps) Then Meat (half number of wraps have chicken, half have ham) Make four firm folds of wrap and then put a napkin around the bottom to hold together. Stack upright in boxes. Makes them easy to grab.
