Directions:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line dish with baking paper.
Roll out pastry, leave some for top (can make as open top pie).
Cut bacon into 2cm pieces. Sprinkle over pastry.
Sprinkle with cheese and chopped herbs.
Add 6 of the eggs whole.
Whisk remaining eggs with cream, salt and pepper. Pour in.
Cut remaining pastry into strips and place over top in lattice design.
Bake until golden and cooked - approx 40min. |
