Directions:
1. Fry off grated vegetables with oil.
2. Mix 1/2 cup of tomato sauce and 1 tsp of worcestershire sauce, reserving as topping.
3. Mix all remaining ingredients together.
4. Form mix into loaf shape within oil baking pans, and cover with topping sauce
5. Bake for 45-55 minutes at 190c.
6. Allow to rest before slicing and serving. |
