Directions:
Cook pasta in salted water, drain and rinse in cold water until cool.Drain well.
Chop Red pepper, spring onion, and celery finely.
Mix the mayonnaise, greek yoghurt, dijon mustard and cider vinegar in a large bowl as the dressing.
Add the vegetables and the pasta to the dressing and mix well.
Season to taste.
Add other protein such as beans, lentils, chicken, ham, tuna etc. |
