Directions:
Prep sandwich fillings.
Grate cheese and carrot.
Mix cheese and carrot with vegan mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Use 3 slices of bread to make 1 large sandwich, which is then cut into 4.
Lay out bread in threes.
Spread Margarine on bread as follows:
Spread all three slices with margarine.
Then turn the middle slice of bread on top of the third slice of bread, and put margarine on that side. (A bit like turning the page of a book)
Put cheese mix onto first slice of bread. Then close that side with second slice of bread. Cover the second slice of bread with the sliced beef. Then place third slice on top.
I.e. Bread, cheese mix, bread, cheese mix, bread.
Cut the stack into into 4 triangles.
