Directions:
Cook pasta, drain and then cool in cold water. Drain well.
Chop or grate veges finely.
Mix the dressing ingredients- mustard, mayonnaise, cider vinegar in a large bowl.
Add the pasta and vegetables and mix well.
Season to taste.
Add other protein such as beans, lentils, chicken, ham, tuna etc. |
