Directions:
1) Cook chicken and onion
2) Make white sauce. Melt 2/3 of butter over low heat, add flour, gradually and milk and stir until thick. Add salt and pepper.
3) Cut and wilt spinach and silverbeet separately
4) Layer up spinach and feta, then chicken and white sauce, then silverbeet and cottage cheese in baking dish, separating each pair with a layer of filo pastry.
5) spread melted butter over each layer of filo pastry for the top of the pie
6) Bake for about 20-30 mins until filo is golden |
