Directions:
1. Heat oven to 180 deg C.Cut chicken thighs in half if serving a lot of people.
2. Press and drain tofu. Cut into 1cm slices.
Put oil in a bowl. In another bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, flour, sage, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper. Turn the tofu pieces first in the oil, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
3. Spread the tofu pieces on a tray spread with baking paper, and bake for about 20 minutes, or shallow fry until crispy. Serve piping hot.
