Directions:
Fish:
Flavour fish with slices of 1 lemon (inc skin) and salt
Wrap in tin foil and steam
Couscous:
Cover couscous with an equal quantity of boiling water or stock in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork until couscous stops steaming.
Finely dice red onion and parsley.
Serve fish on couscous with wedge of fresh lemon |
