Directions:
Cook sushi rice in rice cooker.
Heat vinegar, salt and sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Add to the hot rice and mix well.
Transfer rice to a tray to cool.
Mix the tuna and mayo with tuna.
Finely slice or dice vegetables -capsicum, cucumber, carrot.
TO ASSEMBLE:1 cup of rice in the tray.
Then, tuna mayo mix
Then top with capsicum, cucumber.
Refrigerate till needed. |
