Half apple=80g
Medium Mandarin 50gm

Cut fruit in easy to eat pieces- core if necessary, and dip in lemon juice to stop browning for example apples, pears and bananas.
Average apple- cut into 8-10 slices
Average pear- 10 or 12 slices.
Less waste to give slightly under 80 gm, than over this. |
