Directions:
Oven 180 C
Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a large bowl over simmering water. Leave to cool slightly.
Beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla. add to cooled mixture, along with sifted flour and cocoa.
Chop milk and white chocolate into chunks (if not using buttons/drops et)c and add all to the mixture.
Pour into 23 cm round cake tin.
Bake 25-35 minutes until just set, with a slight hint of a wobble in the middle. (Baking times vary, in my oven it takes 25 minutes).
Cool in tin before removing.
To decorate, dust the cooled brownie with icing sugar until quite white. Then cut strips of baking paper and lay out in stripes on top. Dustagain with cocoa, then carefully remove the strips of baking paper, so the top has a striped effect.
