Chicken Mushroom and Leek Pie |

Directions:
preheat oven to 180
Melt butter, cook leek until just soft.
Add mushrooms, then chicken, cream and crumbled stock cubes
Bring to the boil and then add cornflour mixed with a little water into a paste.
Stir until nice and thick. put into dish, and cover with pastry lid.
Bake at 180 until pastry is golden brown. |
