Directions: Cook rice using preferred method. Fry onion and mince in oil. Rinse the salted lemon segments and slice them ('salted lemons' are literally segments of lemon packed tight in a jar of salt and left for a while on the shelf). Add all other ingredients to the fry pan. Simmer for half an hour and serve on rice.
