Directions:
Cook rice using preferred method.
Fry up onion, then add chickpeas and vegetables.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for a bit.
Serve with rice and cashew nuts crushed and sprinkled on top.
Note: this recipe can be cooked using pork mince instead of chickpeas. |
