Directions:
Preheat oven 220 deg C
Line an oven tray with baking paper. `Grease and line a round metal pie or quiche dish with oil or baking spray and baking paper.
Prep veges-Chop the vegetables into suitable pieces. Chop the onion. Grate the cheese.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, and cook the onion until clear.
Mix eggs, cream, herbs, salt and pepper together in a big bowl. Stir in cooked onion.
Stir flour in gently.
Add vegetables and grated cheese.
Pour mixture into baking dish and bake in oven 25-35 minutes, until golden and puffed up in the middle. Leave in tin 10 minutes before serving.
