Directions:
Boil eggs: bring water to boil, gently lower eggs in and reduce heat to simmer for 8 minutes. Cool eggs in cold water until cool enough to shell.
Wash lettuce.
Slice tomatoes and cucumbers.
Slice rolls & croissant almost through.
Spread both halves with Nuttelex.
For ALL rolls & 3 croissants: fill with lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 2-4 slices cucumber, add a slice of ham, & smear of dijon.
For vegetarian croissant: Add salad ingredients as above, 2 slices swiss cheese and 1 sliced egg.
For two of the GF rolls: add 2 cheese slices.
For three croissants & two of the other GF rolls: add vegan cheese sliced
For one salad: put aside lettuce leaves, cucumber, 2 cheese slices, the other sliced egg, and ham slices.
