| | | Ingredients: | | 0.20 c | Gluten free flour   | 0.25 tsp | mixed spice   | 0.13 c | brown sugar   | 10.00 g | Nuttelex spread   | 0.20 c | Bread Crumbs GF   | 200.00 g | frozen mixed berries   | 0.33 bn | rhubarb bn   | 25.00 g | icing sugar   | |
Directions:
1. Measure the flour, spices and sugar in a bowl.
2. Rub in the Nuttelex until crumbly, then add the GF breadcrumbs.
3. Chop the rhubarb into 1cm slices and mix with the icing sugar.
4. *In one ramekin: put half the rhubarb and an equal amount of strawberries and/or blueberries from the mixed frozen berries, and sprinkle all the crumble topping on top.
*In the other ramekin: put the remaining half of rhubarb and an equal amount of mixed berries.
5. Bake at 190°C for 30-45 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and/or the fruit is cooked and bubbling. |
