Directions:
Wash lettuce.
Slice tomatoes and cucumbers.
Slice rolls almost through.
Spread both halves with dairy free spread.
Fill with lettuce, 1 slice tomato, 1 slice cucumber, any leftover mashed egg from kid's sandwiches
Add to each roll a slice of swiss cheese **leave out cheese for one roll** and a dollop of relish.
Wrap each roll in glad wrap. |
