Directions:
For the sandwiches:
Cook the eggs in a saucepan filled with water by bringing it to the boil then reducing the heat to simmer and cooking a further 8 minutes. Drain the hot water and cover eggs with cold water for 5 minutes. Remove eggs from water and when cool enough, crack and peel egg shells. Mash egg with mayo.
Spread margarine on one side of all pieces of bread **except for sandwiches made for dairy-free children use dairy-free spread**.
Make half of the sandwiches jam (spread on one slice only) and half egg (a couple of slices per two-slice sandwich). Cut off crusts and cut each sandwich into triangles.
For the cheese:
Cut thick slices of cheese and cut each slice into cubes.
For the grapes:
Cut each grape in half.
Arrange on a plate all together. |
