Directions:
Wash lettuce.
Slice tomatoes and cucumbers.
Slice rolls almost through.
Spread both halves with dairy free spread.
For ALL rolls: fill with lettuce, 1 or 2 slices tomato, 2-4 slices cucumber.
For one third of rolls: add a slice of beef, cheddar cheese and smear onion relish.
For another one third of rolls: add slice of ham, swiss cheese and smear of dijon **leave out cheese for one roll FODMAP**
For final 1/3 of rolls: add salami, cheddar cheese and smear of tomato relish.
