Directions:
Put marshmallows, butter, chocolate and water into a heavy-based saucepan.
Heat slowly over a low heat, stirring occasionally until contents melted. Remove from heat.
Whip cream with vanilla until thick, then fold into the cooling choclate mixture until the mixture is smooth and cohesive.
Scrape into 4 x 175ml or 6 x 125ml ramekins or glasses and chill. Ready almost immediately.
