Directions:
Slice tomatoes, cucumber, onion and green peppers and combine with mesclun. Just moisten with a very small amount of dressing as near to serving as possible, or leave dressing off altogether.
Top with olives.
Put some aside for dairy free people.
Either put cubed feta on the top, or serve in a bowl on the side for people to add themselves.
Serve extra dressing on the side for people to add themselves. |
