Directions:
Crush Biscuits.
Melt butter in medium sized pot. Add brown sugar, cocoa, beaten egg and sultanas to butter and mix well.
Stir in biscuits well.
Press into slice tin.
Ice with chocolate icing.
Refrigerate. |

Required ) :
| 12.50 g | butter   | 10.00 g | cocoa powder   | 120.00 g | icing sugar   | 5.00 ml | water   |

Directions:
Melt butter until soft, add sifted cocoa and icing sugar to it and mix.
Add just enough boiling water to make it good for spreading.
