Directions:
1. Separate eggs. Yolks are not required
2. Mix all in a deep bowl on high speed for 5 minutes
3. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, or in an airtight plastic bag |
Gingerbread house (

| 250.00 g | butter   | 1.00 c | brown sugar   | 2.00 tbsp | cinnamon   | 2.00 tbsp | ginger (ground)   | 1.00 c | golden syrup   | 2.00 | egg   | 1.50 tsp | baking powder GF   | 5.50 c | flour   |

Directions:
1. Cream butter, sugar and spices until fluffy
2. Add golden syrup and eggs, beat until thoroughly blended
3. Add baking powder to flour and combine with above mixture. Blend until it forms a smooth ball of dough
4. Wrap ball in plastic and chill overnight, or for several hours
5. Roll dough to 1/8 - 1/4 inch thick. Cut pieces out and transfer to heavy duty baking tray
6. Cook at 180 (fanbake is best) - 7-10 minutes for small pieces, 12-15 minutes for large pieces
7. Place on racks to cool. Remove while warm |
