Directions:
Oven 200 C.
Wash potatoes if needed, don't peel.
Chop into large (3cm) cubes. Place in single layer in oven tray and drizzle with oil, and season well with salt and pepper. Roast until just tender- about 30 minutes. Cool.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard.
Dice red onion and slice celery
When potatoes are cool, mix all ingredients together well. Season to taste. |
