Directions:
preheat oven to 180 deg C
Line muffin tins with paper cases
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Make 3 holes in dry ingredients. In one put the oil, one out the vanilla, and one put the vinegar.
Pour the water over all. Mix well.
Fill muffin cases 3/4 full with batter.
Put a few dark chocolate chips on top
Bake approx 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on rack, ice with dairy free icing if desired. |
