Directions:
Cook chicken as directed. Cool. Slice into 3 lengthwise
Spread wrap generously with mayonnaise., then bbq sauce/pesto/RELISH if using.
Layer ingredients across lower half of the wrap-
Lettuce first then red cabbage, carrot, 3 piece cucumber, chicken.
Roll up firmly and slice in half.
Wrap the 2 halves together in glad wrap and refrigerate until needed. |
