Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Spray a medium baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix the pesto through the passata.
Pour half a cup of the passata into the bottom of the dish and then layer the ravioli. Add a layer of spinach leaves and grated cheese, then pour half the cream over. Repeat layers, finishing with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 min. Remove foil and bake a further 10min until cheese on top is bubbling.
NOTE - can substitute with any vegetarian ravioli. |
