Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients- can do in baking tin
Put vinegar vanilla and oil into 3 dents in the dry ingredients
Pour over 1 cup warm water and mix well
Bake 180 degrees x 30 mins
Can be made with mix of white and wholemeal flour (2/3 1/3)
can be made with melted butter instead of oil (not dairy free then)
Best with chocolate icing - can be served with dusting of icing sugar alone |
