Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft, add nutmeg, turmeric and cumin and saute until fragrant (not long)
Add tomato paste and garam marsala, stir in coconut cream and simmer until sauce is combined. Add chickpeas and cauliflower and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with with fresh coriander.
